The Rock Cottage sits on a hill with a
splendid view of the duck pond and the meadow beyond. Surrounded
by windows on the front and sides, the cottage is centrally air-conditioned
and fully equipped for stays of 3 days or 3 months.
There is a porch with table, chairs and
umbrella for outdoor dining or relaxing. The master bedroom has
a King bed with large closet and bureau. The new bath has a tiled
shower/tub and two-sink vanity. The living room features comfortable
furniture, dining table and chairs, an entertainment cabinet with
cable, Sony 27" TV with full cable and DVD, Bose Wave Radio
/ CD player with CD’s,a large stone fireplace and finished
hardwood floors.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with
refrigerator / freezer, microwave and gas range, and laundry facilities
in the basement. The sleeping turret above the kitchen is equipped
with a bureau, supplementary window air conditioning unit, and
twin beds with reading lamps. The cottage offers comfort and privacy,
and is particularly well suited to families with children. The
master bedroom, stairs and sleeping turret are carpeted. You can
drive right to the front door of the cottage.
