A few wedding weekends remain available for 2024!
Stonover Farm’s Barn, Barn Gallery & Annex, and the surrounding grounds provide a beautiful space for the creation of your own special event.
Wedding weekends are available in the second half of May, all of June, all of September, and the first half of October.
We host weddings in late May, June, September, and early October with events that you design — on the lawn, by the pond, in the Barn, and in the Gallery and the Gallery Annex.
You may plan your wedding weekend using Stonover’s historic barn and the surrounding spaces for your wedding events. The main events of a typical wedding weekend might include a rehearsal dinner on the lawn or in the Gallery, a ceremony on the large barn ramp followed by a cocktail and hors d’oeuvre reception on the lawn by the pond.
Dinner, dancing, and the balance of the evening are in the Barn, with an after-party in the Gallery or around a fire pit outside. Pricing varies depending on the use and two-night events require that the wedding party lodge on the property for both nights at a separate cost for accommodations (see below.)
Catering & Wedding Planning
While you may select a planner of your choosing, we have an excellent relationship with several local wedding professionals.
We require that you utilize one of our approved caterers and/or wedding planners to make your wedding weekend as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Stonover Farm does not receive or accept any compensation from our approved planners or caterers for their services on our property.
A local tent company provides all rentals from tables and chairs to linens and dinnerware. All rentals, food, and beverages are the responsibility of the wedding party and are handled by your caterer or wedding planner. The barn seats up to 175 guests for dinner with ample room for a bar, band, dance floor, etc.
There must be a coordinator for your weekend; you want to be free of responsibility so you can concentrate on celebrating with your family and your guests.
Accommodations
We have a limited number of wedding weekends each year in Spring and Fall. All five suites need to be occupied for 2 nights (usually Friday and Saturday), either by the wedding party, family or by your guests, who may pay individually.
You’ll have access to the farm during certain daily windows 3 days before the weekend for preparations and decorating.
All our guests stay in suites (sitting room, bedroom, bath) and are provided with a full cooked-to-order breakfast, occasional afternoon wine and cheese, 14" mattresses, robes, amenities, remote control air conditioning, big-screen TVs with full cable and WiFi. There is also ample lodging for wedding guests at nearby B&Bs and hotels.

Stonover Farm is a luxury inn on 10 beautiful acres. We provide a unique setting with superior facilities; our prices accurately reflect our level of hospitality and accommodation, so we don’t offer packages or reductions.
