It’s such an exciting time for you and we look forward to sharing information about weddings at Stonover Farm. To follow is information about hosting your wedding at Stonover Farm to create the perfect event for you and your guests to celebrate your wedding:
Site Fees
We offer two different types of wedding events at Stonover Farm - a Single Day Event or a Two Day Event.
A Single Day Event includes using the historic Barn, the Barn Gallery and Annex, and the grounds surrounding the Barn for your wedding ceremony and reception. Our wedding site fee for a Single Day Event is $12,500.00.
A Two Day Event includes use of the historic Barn, the Barn Gallery and Annex, and the grounds surrounding the Barn for a Friday night Welcome Reception and Dinner or a rehearsal and Rehearsal Party and a Saturday night ceremony on the large Barn ramp, followed by a Cocktail Party before your guests enter the historic Barn for dinner, dancing and possibly an after-party in the Gallery. Our site fee includes the use of the Barn, the Barn Gallery and Annex, and the outdoor area adjacent to the Barn for both types of events. The Barn can accommodate up to 175 guests. The site fee for a two day event is $17,500.00.
Room Fees
If you choose a Two Day Event, all five of Stonover Farm’s luxury accommodations must be reserved for your wedding weekend. The 3 suites in the Main House, the School House, and the Rock Cottage must be rented for a minimum of two nights during your wedding weekend to ensure that the inn is occupied by only your guests. The hotel room fees are separate charges and are not included in the site fee. Your wedding party, family, or your guests may stay in all five suites and pay directly for their own accommodations if desired. Suite rates, guest details, and photos are available for viewing on our website (www.stonoverfarm.com). Breakfast is included for all hotel guests each day of your stay.
If you choose a One Day Event no part of the property is available for lodging to anyone.
