Bousquet Mountain is a local ski area serving skiing and snowboarding located on the northern summit of Yokun Ridge in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, within the Taconic Mountain Range.
Offering 22 trails for downhill skiing and snowboarding, an 8 km cross-country ski course, and ski school, 3 miles east of Great Barrington.
Jiminy is a well-run, well-groomed, and challenging family ski and snowboarding area with a range of slopes from easy to black diamond. It has equipment rentals, food, and a high-speed quad lift. In Summer there’s biking, fishing, a zipline, and an Alpine slide.
Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health

Berkshire Natural Resources Council’s 183 acres now offer an accessible trail that is half hard-packed surface and half boardwalk, encouraging all visitors to enjoy the wetlands and woodlands, and observe the abundance of plants and animals.

Performing Arts
The Summer home of the world-famous Boston Symphony Orchestra, offering classical, pop, and jazz performances on weeknights and Sunday afternoons on the lawn, under the shed, or in the more intimate Ozawa Hall. Sunday afternoons on the lawn are especially mellow. For a great lawn experience, Tanglewood has recently installed new LED screens and excellent speakers.

MASS MoCA is a center for a large variety of visual, performing & media arts in a multi-building converted mill complex in North Adams, a scenic 45-minute drive from Stonover Farm. There’s an entire building devoted to the wall drawings of Sol LeWitt, a cafeteria, a gift shop, a restaurant, and a large variety of special exhibits.
A gem of a museum set on 140 acres in Williamstown, featuring European & American paintings and sculpture, and best known for its outstanding French Impressionist collection.
A Shaker community from 1783 to 1960, this outdoor history museum of Shaker life has 20 original buildings on 1200 acres and a variety of farm animals.
The most significant public collection of Rockwell’s work in the world includes 367 works of art and his original studio.

The Mount, Edith Wharton’s Home
A 50-acre estate designed and built by Edith Wharton, including the restored mansion, gatehouse, stable, gardens and greenhouse.
A 26-room mansion designed by the famed Stanford White and built in 1885 for the Choate family. See the family’s original porcelain, rugs, tapestries, antique furniture, and magnificent gardens.
Ventfort Hall is a “Berkshire Cottage” built in 1893 by Sarah Spencer Morgan and her husband George Hale Morgan.
122-acre 1920’s summer home of Daniel Clark French, sculptor of the Lincoln Memorial.
